Welcome to 488wim (hereinafter referred to as "488wim", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 488wim website located at https://488wim.cam (the "Platform"), including all content, functionality, games, betting services and support features offered on or through the Platform.

488wim is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform serving users across Pakistan, including but not limited to users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a user's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit matches or other incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied to Accounts in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the 488wim website, its sub-pages, mobile interface, and any associated services made available to registered users.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which amounts may be displayed in contextual examples throughout the Platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered amounts returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds, as published by game providers.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions and support functions provided through the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in applicable promotional terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions and that you are solely responsible for confirming your legal right to participate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of 488wim, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for terms violations.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible user may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the related accounts.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, contact email address and any other details requested. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 488wim will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 488wim support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

488wim reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious or unusual activity is detected.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use, which are in addition to any other obligations set out in these Terms:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional or systematic financial gain strategy.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or its infrastructure, or interfere with any other user's ability to access the Services.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any security, fairness or anti-fraud mechanism on the Platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. 488wim makes no guarantee of profit or return.
• You confirm that any funds used for gambling are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Deposits to your 488wim Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. For contextual reference, 488wim acknowledges that Pakistani users may be familiar with payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of these payment providers or financial institutions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 488wim does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a reasonable processing window depending on the method used.
• 488wim reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering concerns or terms violations are suspected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. 488wim does not guarantee specific payout timelines, as processing times depend on the payment method selected and internal verification requirements.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance containing those funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published in the cashier at the time of request.
• 488wim reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit may be required as a default routing preference.

488wim may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement must be staked to a cumulative value of PKR 30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• 488wim reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to users who have qualified under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using systematic strategies to exploit bonus conditions — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Abusing the Platform's bonus or promotional systems through systematic exploitation strategies.
• Facilitating access to minors or gambling on behalf of a minor.

488wim operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with international operator compliance standards. You may be required to submit verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport.
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• A liveness check or selfie photograph as directed by the verification flow.
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions, as required under applicable AML procedures.

Documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent, altered or falsified documents constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. Always submit documents exclusively through the official secure HTTPS verification portal — never through unencrypted messaging channels.

488wim reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and place Account holds pending completion of KYC review. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall platform design — is the property of 488wim or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or publish any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
• Use any 488wim branding, trademarks, logos or trade names in any context not expressly authorised by 488wim.
• Frame, mirror or scrape the Platform or its content for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 488wim, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

488wim does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

488wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account or associated activity poses a fraud, AML or legal compliance risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information in connection with your Account.
• Continued operation of your Account would violate applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 488wim support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after resolution of pending bets and satisfaction of applicable terms will be returned to you via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 488wim's operator is licensed and incorporated. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.

This clause does not constitute legal advice regarding your rights or obligations under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding the applicability of these Terms to their individual circumstances.

488wim reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, including a revised "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
